Vegetables and other Easter products

Easter is an important event: it is one of the times of the year when we get together as a family. We share a good meal, we go on a chocolate egg hunt... Young and old alike appreciate these moments, when we enjoy convivial dishes.

A vegetable aperitif 

Vegetable, cheese and organic spreads... ideal for a light but delicious start: aubergine caviar, goat's cheese with hazelnuts, tapenades, hummus, pepper with chorizo, courgette with organic mint, artichoke with fromage frais, sun-dried tomatoes, Roquefort with walnuts... a wide range of flavours with each recipe more original than the last.

As a starter, the asparagus is in season !

As a starter, why not serve asparagus with a vinaigrette sauce or a Jean d'Audignac sunflower oil mayonnaise.

Classic and original dishes

Most often, a meat dish is offered at the table. As an accompaniment, there are many references of BF and Les Impeccables brand fillings to enhance the various and varied recipes: flageolets, extra-fine green beans, green beans, peas and carrots, 4 vegetable fillings with potato, carrot, peas and green beans or white beans (cooked au naturel, with tomato or goose fat).

A little sweetness to finish

At the café, why not offer a sweet treat like beggars, florentines (milk or dark chocolate), praline milk chocolate bites or Speculoos coated with milk and dark chocolate.
