These organic emmental and onion triangles made with pure butter in Burgundy have a sweet puff pastry.
Served with a glass of wine or beer, they will surely please your guests !
Little trick : bake them in the oven for approximatively 5 minutes at 200 degrees maximum for an even more sensational taste.
