Christian Potier Shallot red wine sauce

At the launch of Catalogue de fêtes 2019, we offered you 8 references of Christian Potier festive hot sauces: butter béarnaise sauce, porcini mushroom sauce, foie gras sauce, grand veneur sauce, morel sauce, pepper sauce, roquefort sauce, 2% flavoured summer truffle sauce.

We add the more classic red meat recipe Echalote red wine, which is summery and completes the range. You will also find in this range two other new recipes: the Dijon mustard sauce which goes very well with white meats and the more exotic coconut-curry sauce, ideal for white meats or fish. 3 additional recipes that complete this range of hot sauces presented in their glass jar and transparent label, very elegant. Elaborated in France, and always without colouring, without GMO and without added flavouring.

- Ingredients of the recipe shallot red wine: red wine 52% (contains sulphites), water, butter, shallot 6.5%, modified corn and potato starches, sunflower oil, honey, poultry stock, red wine, salt, beef extract, carrot, onion, leek, cognac, garlic, thyme, rosemary), salt, thyme, pepper, thickener; xanthan gum.

- Ingredients of the Dijon mustard recipe: water, butter (milk) 22%, cream (milk), white and red wine vinegars, shallot 6.9%, egg yolk, tarragon 1.9%, salt, modified corn starch, thickener: xanthan gum, antioxidant: rosemary extract, essential oil of tarragon, pepper.

- Recipe ingredients coconut-curry: water, cream, coconut puree 12.7% (coconut, sugar), sugar, lime juice from concentrate 7.7%, onion, sunflower oil, double tomato concentrate, modified corn starch, curry spices 2.2% (coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, cumin, hot pepper), ginger, salt, coriander, garlic, thickener : xanthan gum.
